Quality and reliability guaranteed over time

FISE is constantly looking for internal improvements while maintaining a business system that guarantees maximum quality with reliable and guaranteed products. Our long-lasting electric motors are manufactured with the best materials available and comply with CEI EN 60335-1 (Safety of Home Appliances and Similar Electrical Appliances) and CEI EN 55014-1 (Electromagnetic Compatibility). FISE is also able to supply electric motors made of conforming materials to fit UL certification for the US market.
The production is strictly “made in Italy” and this has reflected in the quality of the final product. Fise Spa is able to produce batches of standard or customized solutions within 4-6 weeks from the order date, thanks to a "just in time" organization that allows the company to improve the production process, optimize The initial steps and reduce stocks of raw materials and semi-finished products needed for production.

Our Laboratories

Technical laboratory

The technical research and development laboratory inside our company is able to carry out life tests, brake tests and mechanical stress by using tools equipped with a computerized data acquisition system. To guarantee the final quality, inside the laboratory there is also an Emc room to perform internally radio noise tests and an anechoic chamber for noise tests. Other tests available in the laboratory are the check of the overall dimensions according to the drawing, over-temperature test in the device, electromagnetic compatibility test (EMC), noise test in the appliance or in comparison with the competition motor, vibration test in the appliance, life test. Also, for the m series we can run the reversibility motor test. Standard and custom samples are manufactured also according to the customer's specifications.

Electronic laboratory

Our electronic lab FISE is able to develop software and firmware for the creation of electronic boards (Pcb) needed to drive the brushless motors and to meet all customer needs. In fact it is possible to test on demand and set up the PCB with custom specifications. Also for these motors there is the possibility of performing Emc tests internally. Check of the overall dimensions according to the drawing, over-temperature test in the appliance, noise testing in the appliance or in comparison with the competition motor, vibration test in the appliance, life test.

Quality control

Our Quality Control is made in our Lab according to three fundamental steps, certified by different tests made on incoming and outgoing products

• Control of the entering materials according to drawings and/or contracts parameters and requirement of quality certificates from suppliers.

• Control of the whole production line: stacking, assembling, insulation, winding, welding, wedging, testing, paletting and stocking, stiffening, balancing, final testing, and marking. Use of control papers in order to file the specific procedure for each single working step, and use of operative instructions that is technical specifications and drawings.

• Control of the final product: control procedures adapted according to the customer’s requirements and release of conformity certificates.
