Wet & dry motors are subdivided into:
- motors with peripheral discharge: the motor construction makes possible the suction of liquid because the cooling of the electrical parts is made by a fan located on the motor top and the air circulation is kept separated by the suction. The treated air comes out of the holes positioned on the circumference of the motor body. This category includes: BS4183, BS4283.
This category also includes the water filter motors BSW183, BSW283. These motors are suitable for vacuum cleaners that can also suck in liquids and use water as their dust filtration system.
- motors with tangential discharge: also these motors being bypass, have the cooling separated by the suction circulation and are suitable also for liquid suction. The air is flowed into a single outlet nozzle. This category includes our motor: BS7383 (Can also be manufactured in single-stage or two-stage configuration).
Dry or Through flow motors are suitable for the suction of the dust only, these are not suitable for liquid passage. The fan inside the suction body, sucks the air and pushes it through the motor. The air is used to cool the motor. Electrical insulation class I.
Our motors belong to this category: BSP145, BS157, BSE183.
These motors can be supplied complete with electronic board.
If required, we design and develop custom electronic boards.
We provide technical advice for the study and implementation of customized motors
